VB4 Windows Application Development Program
VB4 is still after all these years a very strong program to develop windows software programs, contain a great help file and has an installation function, so it is complete and there are still tons of free code available online. If you are new to programming download vb4, you will find it easy to install and put to use. The best to start is to simple load a project, do some editing by adding more code, click save and run the program. Included in the zip file did I add some FREE code to get you started.

Delphi Windows Application Development Program
Same as above except it run on Pascal, personally did I not use it as I'm a basic programming language developer. However did I use Delphi developed programs like a Paint progam and it work as good as any other developed windows program. Learning curve should not be to steep and I think by doing the same is to simply load a program do some editing save and run.

AOLPRESS Website Editor has been a FREE dowmload online for many years and is a good website development program generating clean HTML. Quite easy to learn and use and has a great help file.
